我是先喜歡上Avenue Q主題曲，才開始注意Avenue Q百老匯秀的。

票約１週前網上訂好，訂到很好的位置，舞台前第３排中間座位(Center Orchestra Row C, Seat 115)，票價美元70多，座位真的很棒，可以很清楚觀賞到演員們的表情。

Avenue Q以芝麻街手法由演員和演員操控木偶合演。故事背景發生在紐約外鎮Q大道上的公寓，公寓內住有1群青年人充滿抱負，尋找未來的方向或空有一身抱負和理想，但卻無處發揮。

Q Avenue 住有Christmas Eve　和Brian 一對美日夫妻、
Rod 和Nicky布偶室友、
Kate Monster 布偶單身女生、
Trekkie Monster　布偶怪獸先生、
Gary Coleman為公寓的管理員，Gary Coleman本人（已故）為美國著名童星，晚年因財務困窘破產，此角色嘲諷Gary Coleman因財務問題淪落為公寓管理員。

其他布偶演員有Lucy（酒店女喜歡Princeton）和2 Bears　（小熊維尼2隻）。

某日剛畢業的社會新鮮人Princeton（普林斯頓）住進Avenue Q的出租公寓，進而和Kate Monster談戀愛，雖然彼此相愛Princeton為尋找人生的意義而與Kate 分手，並和Lucy在一起。最終Princeton幫助Kate 完成心願，建立了Monster怪獸學校。

全劇以幽默，嘲諷手法，精湛的詮釋了就業、失業、愛情及具爭議的同性戀、色情和種族歧視議題，以及生命的意義。演員與扮演的木偶，動作和面部表情融為一體，十分詼諧逗趣。全劇中最深刻片段之1則是布偶作愛戲，笑果十足。

個人很喜歡帥氣的男主角Adam Kantor，他飾演2角：Princeton和Rod。事後才發現，我曾在Rent 看過他表演，他飾演Mark的角色，可惜我不記得。

女主角Veronica Kuehn則飾演2角：Kate Monster， Lucy 。

看過Avenue Q 後，我還是比較喜歡它的主題曲：
